An HIMSS Health Information Technology Leadership Award was given to Sen. Baker for her support of health IT in Hawai‘i, and sponsorship of Senate Concurrent Resolution 36, which recognizes the Hawai‘i Health Information Exchange as the State-Designated Health Information Exchange.
